HOLIDAY NOTES FOR YA
Here are some little details to make sure you get exactly what you need for the holiday season!
1. YOU ARE OPEN ON A MONDAY? WHAT?
Yes. We are open on a Monday. You are not dreaming and this is not a joke.
2. Do you have a different menu for the holidays?
Yep! We have a very specific menu for Sunday 12/22 and Monday 12/23. Anything prior to that will be our regular menu items, per usual.
3. How far in advance should I place my holiday order?
We recommend placing your holiday order as early as possible, as popular items may sell out quickly.
Our deadline for special order cakes / cheesecakes is DECEMBER 17th (pick up 12/22 or 12/23).
Our deadline for all other baked goods is DECEMBER 19th (pick up 12/22 or 12/23)
4. How do I pre-order?
Great question. Feel free to do the ol’ fashion way — stop in and one of our lovely team members can help you! All pre-orders must be paid for.
OR — Head to our Online Order Holiday Menu. Choose the date/time of pick up. You’ll be asked to enter payment and you will receive a confirmation email.
We do not take orders over the phone.
5. I can’t figure out how to online order and I AM FREAKING OUT.
Yes, this can be scary. After December 19th, our online ordering will be VERY limited. We are up early baking and BUSY setting aside pre-orders. After things are organized, we will likely turn our online ordering back on between 7A-8A.
6. I placed my online order but forgot to pick it up…
In the most respectful way…. ya snooze ya loose. I totally understand things come up, but when you order a pizza and you don’t pick it up, they don’t save it for you.
Our team has been up early and working HARD. Once it hits 2P, we’ve gotta hit the road and head home for the holidays. Anything left over at the end of the day will get donated.
7. I placed an online order, but I don’t need it anymore. What now?
To ensure smooth operations and timely service during the busy holiday season, all sales are final on pre-orders and in-store purchases.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure everything is perfect for your needs. If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is happy to help before your order is placed.
8. I didn’t get what I ordered and that isn’t fair.
Hey - you know what - that isn’t fair and we completely understand that.
At MGB, we strive to make every holiday celebration the best of the best! We take great care to ensure every order is prepared with love, accuracy, and attention to detail. However, as a small team working hard during the busy holiday season, occasional mistakes can happen.
If something isn’t quite right with your order, please know that we’re here to make it right. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly. We are always happy to issue a refund if we made a mistake.
